The Best Peanut Butter Oat Cookies!

Not only are they a healthy alternative, they taste delicious and are perfect if you love peanut butter! You can also add choc chips to them, I usually chop up Loving Earth raw chocolate and mix it in too. :)

Ingredients:

1 cup oats

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1 cup almond meal

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoons manuka honey

5 sachets natvia

2-3 tablespoons boiling water

2 teaspoons coconut oil

1-2 tbs peanut butter

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes!
