My favorite recipe for a healthier version of a hot chocolate that will make you excited for the colder weather!
What you need:
1 cup coconut milk
2 heaped teaspoons cacao powder
2 teaspoons of honey (or to taste)
20g melted dark chocolate (optional, leave out if you want it to be dairy free)
In a small saucepan, pour cacao and honey into coconut milk then stir together until honey is melted. Optionally add in dark chocolate and stir until mixture has heated on low heat, or microwave for 1 minute.
