So simple, yet so satisfying!
This choc-banana ice-cream is the perfect snack, you can even eat it for breakfast!
A favourite and perfect for those (like me) who crave something sweet.
3 frozen bananas
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
An additional 2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
1 tsp rice malt syrup (or natvia)
Blend frozen bananas then stir in 1 tbsp of raw cacao powder.
For topping mix melted coconut oil with 2 teaspoons of raw cacao powder and rice malt syrup and pour over nana-ice-cream.
Top with chia, almonds, strawberries or what ever you like!
